Terms of Service
These Terms of Service apply to both personal and commercial use, and will use humanoid characters as a reference for prices.
Do not claim to be the original artist, and credit them whenever is possible
The artist does not consent for any type of artwork to be minted into a NFT, or to be used for AI training.
The only case possible for a refund will be if the artist cannot keep working due to other circumstances. In that case, the refund will always be 90% of the original deal.
Prices are not negotiable. Discounts are only applicable if the artist announces publicly beforehand (and are not negotiable)
Payment is upfront and via PayPal invoices. The artist does not accept other forms of payments (videogame currency, giftcards, crypto…)
Estimated time in between the order and final product can range from one to three weeks, but it can be shorter or longer.
Once the client agrees, they automatically accept that the final product is a digital good.
The artist understands that NSFW content involves pornography, erotic displays, or otherwise sexual content in nature (this does not inherently mean nudity). The client must be 18 or older to ask for such content.
The artist understands that NSFL content involves mentally scarring content, involving but not limited to gore, body horror, and certain fetishes (usually consensual but not sane or safe). The client must be 18 or older to ask such content.
Payment is made before the process starts, and is in full. Notify the artist for when payment is sent. Once is received, the artist may start the sketching process..
If interested in a commission please send an email with the following:
- A description of what you want the drawing to be like. This includes, but is not limited to; expression, background, clothing, pose, props.
- References; pictures or more descriptions.
I can reject any project for any reason including no reason, but for clarity; I won't accept requests with any of these topics:
- Emetophilia, urolagnia, coprophilia and vore. Other fetishes may be discused.
- Propaganda/Hate Art
- Bara characters
- Mecha characters
- Art regarding themes like incest, pedophilia, grooming and non-con. This includes nude minors, even if the context is not sexual.
- IPs that do not allow for commissions of their content.
